A Project for Good is any practical or applied project that a student can produce or implement to support their partner organisation to make progress for sustainability and/or social responsibility.
This is open to all students but is likely (and not limited to) apply to students studying more practical or creative subjects. Examples of this could include: creating communication materials for an organisation to engage the community; design and make an innovative sustainable alternative to a product; create short films or videos for organisations etc.
How does it work?
Students and organisations register and create profiles, then search through the database to find their perfect partner. We help them set up a successful partnership in order to complete a project together. It's as simple as that!
It will be necessary for students and organisations to clearly plan and agree upon any possible budget and final outputs for projects.
The research/dissertations and projects areas of this website are entirely free for all students to use.
Organisations need to purchase membership to the scheme in order to use the website fully.
Universities and students' unions can also purchase membership to gain access to additional benefits for their students.
We are currently piloting Placements for Good with a limited number of universities and colleges.
We would love to work with you and help you find your perfect partner! Please get in touch if you'd like to chat to us.
