Short introduction: I am an undergraduate student studying Sociology in my second year at the University of Sheffield. I am currently looking for a placement in the charity and third sector. I have a desire to help society which is why I decided to do a degree in Sociology. When I graduate university I want to have a career in the charity sector and I think that I should get the best experience. I am really passionate about helping people and implementing change in our society.

My skills include: the use of Microsoft software, My teamwork skills as I have worked in several team structures over the years. I am also good at my time management and I have further developed this by volunteering for the social enterprise Motion Exercise and also studying for my degree at the same time. Additionally, I can independently work well and I strive at everything I do because I always want my work to be up to my own standards which is excellent. An example of this is how I have recently started a blog called ‘The Elephant in the Room’ which is where I am trying to break the stigma on mental health.
