Short summary: To analyse the food industry market and find out what type of strategies procurement departament implimented to be truly sustainable.
Detailed summary: I am going to present the trends in global procurement and new environmental requirements that needs to be met by the private sector. The way industries apply sustainability change the business and customers demand for ethical products which leads to bulding up the positive image of a whole supply chain as well as specific brand.
